Sophie was fabulous. From the first interactions on the phone, to coming and valuing our house, she was friendly and efficient and very on it with everything. Her regular contact with the solicitors to ensure we remained up to date and moving through each stage really helped us get on with moving into our new home as quickly as possible. Quick at responding and I always felt like she was on top of everything and chasing the right people. I also used their financial advisor, James, who was fab too.
